Youth Chorus Meets every Thursday 4:30- 5:30 in the Houston County Middle School Band Room.

Youth Chorus Goals:

• Develop singing voices and use of proper vocal technique
• Become skillful in singing melody and harmony parts
• Become aware of musical signs, symbols and characteristics
• Learn to feel beats, their grouping, and musical organization
• Synchronize body movements to a variety of rhythms
• Increase or awareness of different musical styles and cultures
• Experiment with various percussive instruments
